The Haifa kids got to spend the first day back to school reacquainting themselves with our class and the things in it-namely the book corner! During the entirety of choice time, there was a teacher over there reading to a gang about this size. We spent time reading old favorites, looking up information about how different machines work, and starting to reintroduce those characters from the Purim story!!
The kids kept piling books up waiting patiently for their books to be read, and listening respectfully to the stories that others had chosen. It was a great way to start the week after break!
