Tu B'Shevat Dirt Cups!

In honor of Tu B'Shevat we made edible "Dirt Cups". Let's just say this was one delicious snack! Most of the children wanted me to put the recipe on the blog...So here it is!
Tu B'Shevat Dirt Cups
Ingredients
2 cups cold milk
1 package (4 serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding
8 oz. Whipped topping, thawed
1 package (16 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
8-10 (7 oz) plastic cups
Suggested decorations: gummy worms and/or frogs
Directions
Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in whipped topping and half of crushed cookies.
Place 1 tablespoon crushed cookies into cups. Fill cups 3/4 full with pudding mixture. Top with remaining crushed cookies. Refrigerate 1 hour. Decorate!

  2. "I just liked the gummy worms (not the dirt and the cookies). I don't like to eat real worms, though!" explained Mia.
