Sewing 101 ~ The Vision ~Project Runway here we come!!!

You may recall that lunch bunch friends welcomed the New Year with a planning session on January 4th. Many ideas were discussed; one of which was a sewing class.

What did we need to do first to prepare? We discussed the items required, material and thread. Teacher Alison and Naomi didn't just want any material. They sat down together and decided first what they were making and then the design needed for the finished product.
It was decided a dress and pants for Naomi. They became the designers, and worked cooperatively to put their vision on paper.
It needed to be "colorful" and must have "bunnies", "dogs" and "bears" on the material.
Sewing 101 class was scheduled for January 18th.
