Legos have been very popular in the Scientist classroom lately. As teachers, we've been thinking about how to build on the children's interest in and skill with the Legos and other blocks to expand their learning. Come and see the new building book in the classroom that details the children's creations (and look for a blog post on the topic later in the week.) Some children have drawn their creations, others have told stories about them, and others have worked with teachers to diagram them. Here Alex explains a few of the features of his ship.
