Today was a special day in the Tel Aviv classroom as you know we went to the beach! The children came in from outside play and set up their towels on the "beach", then sat down for a very quick "sea side" circle. We all had to be careful not to step on the beautiful shells and rocks that were all over the beach(blue rug). We played in the sand and searched for cool rocks and shells, started to wrap our Mother's Day gifts, made lemonade, ate watermelon, and enjoyed ice cold popsicles. What a fun day! We asked the children which was more fun the plane ride to Israel or going to the beach? Everyone said, "We liked both of them the same!"
