Matza Ball Soup

Passover without matza ball soup is like a duck without water.
First you have to break some eggs and mix them with oil and the matza meal. Wait a few minutes until the liquid is absorbed and then form the matza balls with wet hands. Gently put them in the broth and cook for 30 minutes
