Mara came in to celebrate Eli's school birthday. He was actually born on Thanksgiving day and this year his birthday actually IS on Thanksgiving! As we reflect back on our many blessings and celebrate this day of giving thanks, we are certain Eli is one of those blessings for which we can look back and give thanks. Mara came in with two of Eli's favorite books about animals and princes. Thank you Eli for sharing these beautifully illustrated rhyming books. Thank you for sharing your mommy.
What a special Thanksgiving tomorrow will be indeed. Thanks for letting me come in and share some fun stories with the class. Hard to believe this was the last time I'll be sharing birthday stories at TBSCC.
