Today the Scientists visited the school Sukkah outside with Rabbi Todd. After their visit the Scientists got inspired to build their own classroom Sukkah so we got active. We first collected all kinds of twigs, leaves, acorns and other nature's gifts. We then came back into the classroom and got creative with our artwork. Some children were busy decorating the frame of our Sukkah and others were very busy making beautiful fruit and vegetables to hang in our classroom Sukkah. There was lots of conversations, "please pass the markers," "I need the scissors," "Can you help me, Noah, with the glue?"
Noah loves to see himself on the blog! The Sukkah looks beautiful!
