How do you make a see saw? No one at the table was sure, but Sam decided to figure it out. He began with 1 small log placed vertically and another long log placed horizontally across the top. The test began. Sam added small toy horses to each side, trying to get them to ride the see saw. No luck. Off they fell. "I know! It needs two at the bottom." So Sam added another and tried again. On he went tweaking and testing in an effort to construct the see saw he had imagined. Teddy caught the see saw bug and joined Sam, constructing a few different models as well. You could see the wheels turning.
