We are learning that ideas are very important, teachers do not want to miss important words, so we ask all friends to raise their hands when they want to share a thought, and then wait until they are called upon. To be respectful and kind, we need to wait our turn, and listen when others are speaking.
We also have responsibilities and jobs in the classroom. We now use our helping hands to wash our tables and clean our floor.

Helping hands
We asked friends: What kind of rules should we have in the Unicorn classroom? Together they thought we should share and help each other. We help each other by doing a Mitzvah. We, children and teachers, can hear a Mitzvah and see a Mitzvah. A Mitzvah is an act of kindness towards others, not just at school but also at home. We heard wonderful Mitzvot from children. Stay tuned...

I love these photos of the children doing real cleaning tasks. Parents, did you know your children know how to use a broom and dust pan? Awesome!
