What do you think Stanley Might do in Israel?

The Unicorn class read all about Stanley's arrival in Israel. We are glad he was happily out from between those socks, dancing, and enjoying those palm trees!!
We asked friends what else they thought Stanley might be doing in Israel?

They thought he might be "walking, galloping, driving in a car, running and skipping, playing with Ellen". Friends were also wondering how Stanley got "flat"?

We look forward to reading more about Flat Stanley's adventures!!!

  1. Dear Kids,

Yes, I did walk, gallop, run, and skip. And I did play legos with Ellen. But I didn't drive a car! I'm way too young for that! I'm just a kid!

The story of how I got flat is an interesting one. Do you know what a bulletin board is? It is one of those huge picture boards that hangs on the wall. We have some at school. Well one day one of those fell right on top of me (that won't happen at school because your teachers are very careful to make sure ours are screwed into the wall). When it fell on me I was flattened! The great thing about being flat is that I can go on lots of adventures. That's why I got to go to Israel. I can fit right into Ellen's suitcase, right between her socks. It's snug in there, but I don't mind.

Please read my stories and send me more letters.

    Love, Flat Stanley
