Three "P" fruit Salad with Flat Stanley and Ellen

Our teachers found the persimmon fruit and the pomegranate and pear. We had never seen or eaten persimmon before but we were very excited to have the same fruit as Flat Stanley had in Israel with Ellen. We passed it around at morning meeting. Some friends smelled it. It didn't smell like anything. So we decided to cut it for a taste test.
When we cut the pear, persimmons, and pomegranate, we noticed something very special inside. Can you guess what it is? Look closely....

Unicorn friend were wondering if Ellen and Flat Stanley had seen Zack, our Unicorn friend who is also in Israel, and if they had eaten persimmons together?
