Playing house is one of those classic activities that seems to be loved by every class of children. Boys and girls, older children and younger, in every group, there seem to be a core of children who just love to play house. What is it that makes this game so alluring? I think it's the chance to be something different, to try out a new role, to be in charge, and to do it your way. Lincoln, Eli, and Alana were busily playing house. They set up for Shabbat, they fed the baby, they prepared for Chanukah, and they gathered lots and lots of food for the table.
