With Josh's mom Allyson on board, the Haifa kids were latke chefs this morning. Peeling, grating, mixing, frying. Making latkes is so much work! Matty just couldn't wait to taste the results (you can see the anticipation on his face!) Teddy, Ilana, and Daniel like their latkes with applesauce. Josh preferred them plain. We are in full swing with celebrating Chanukah until the very last day!
