Creating a Swamp

As part of our exploration of crocodiles and Lyle the Crocodile, we are creating a swamp to put crocodiles, other creatures and plants in. Our first step in this endeavor was to paint a big poster board with various dark colors. We then let the board dry overnight.
Our next step is to add twigs by gluing them on the board. We will then create our crocodiles and add other swamp environment beings and foliage to the board. Come in and see how our swamp takes on a life of its' own!
