It is tradition to hold a Purim
seuah,or feast. The feast is shared with family and friends on the afternoon of Purim before night fall because the commandment from the book of Ester says"...days of feasting and merrymaking..." (Esther 9:22) Sharing funny stories and jokes, playing games and being silly all are part of Purim festivities and can be incorporated into your feast. Laughter and joyous celebrations help to build connections to your children and create happy memories.
Purim punch is traditionally served at a Purim feast. The Tel Aviv children started a new Purim tradition...Purim Smoothies! We made banana and strawberry smoothies, they were simply delicious! We invited Ellen to join us for a drink or two. Next time you see her if she enjoyed her Purim Smoothie!
Creating memories with the Tel Aviv children is always so special for Melissa and I! Thanks !
