On Monday, the Sunshine children cut, sliced and chopped cheese and butter for a special project. We were making a tuna noodle casserole for Rosie's Place. We talked about how we take care of ourselves, each other and our things at school. The children were excited to learn that we can also take care of people outside of school...even people we don't know! We talked about how important it is to help people when they need us at school and at home. The children worked very hard and I am sure the folks at Rosie's Place appreciate our effort!
