Our Tel Aviv friend Jacob Shaw has been on vacation this week with his family. Our Tel Aviv friends miss him and have been talking about his absence all week. Today while playing with play dough Hannah exclaimed, “Jacob’s not here but his picture is there! “(While pointing to the picture). Dylan and Eli then noticed a few other pictures of Jacob near the play dough table. The four of us decided to take a tour of the room and try to see how many pictures of Jacob were scattered throughout the room. I was so impressed with how carefully Hannah, Dylan and Eli searched through the pictures. Dylan even pointed out Jacob’s picture in his cubby! We counted 12 pictures in all! The Tel Aviv kids are missing their friend but hoping that the Shaws are having a great vacation. We can’t wait to see Jacob on Monday!!

ReplyDeleteHow sweet! We had a wonderful and fun-filled week in Disney, but I know Jacob missed all of his Tel Aviv friends. He can't wait to get back to school on Monday!
