For those who do not know me, I am Daniel Barkowitz, the Executive Director of Temple Beth Shalom. It is my pleasure to work closely with many of you through the year and to get to see your children here at the Temple on a regular basis.
As you may already know, Temple Beth Shalom has introduced a program this year called "Hakarat Ha'Tov", or in English, recognizing the good. The "Hakarat ha’Tov" Program is intended to demonstrate immediate and spontaneous appreciation for the contributions of Temple Beth Shalom employees to each other (from co-worker to co-worker, supervisor to employee, employee to supervisor) as well as to express appreciation from congregants to TBS staff. All employees, full-time and part-time, as well as our custodial staff are welcome to be a part of the program.Recipients receive a copy of a recognition letter and an entry into a monthly drawing. Our monthly winner for December is none other than TBS CC Teacher Tina Golden.
Please join me in congratulating Tina, and feel free to nominate members of the TBS Children's Center faculty and staff (as well as other members of the TBS Staff) by using our online nomination form.
