ORANGE! Today we read Mouse Paint by Ellen Stoll Walsh. It is the story of three white mice who end up in red, yellow and blue paint cans. As they play and dance, they realize that combining certain colors actually creates completely new ones!
Today, we played our own color experimenting game with red and yellow liquid water colors. The children were amazed and excited to see the two colors come together and make orange.
On Friday we will see what happens with yellow and blue...
