I think it is time for the volcano to erupt. What was the process? You might want to ask your children to explain the process of making their 'idea' a reality. What steps we used? What did we do first etc. How did we create the 'explosion?
Providing children with the opportunity to plan and reflect is important on many levels. It is furthers understanding and empowers them, provides opportunity for expressive language to develop processing. We want to thank the Haifa class, again, for inviting us to share in their volcano experiment, and inspiring us.
