Providing playdough as a sensory base and adding materials such as animals and Noah extends the time and complexity of children’s play. Abby used the playdough as a saddle enabling Noah to ride securely on the hippopotamus. She was absolutely thrilled as she discovered that she could make tiny footprints in the playdough. Graham carefully arranged lots of animals in a large area of the playdough.
