I strive to recognize and appreciate each individual who is part of my classroom (families, students, and colleagues.) I will truly listed to each of their ideas, as well as my own, and make time to explore these ideas as opportunities for learning that can be meaningful for the whole community. I believe I can learn as much or more from others, as they can learn from me. I am committed to practicing patience, honesty, and kindness within the classroom. I hope to provide diverse opportunities for student, families, and teacher to explore and actively participate in the learning process. I am open to diverse teaching styles and classroom structures that will help support the individual needs of students, families, and colleagues.
