Blue Dough?

Today in Lunch Bunch the children measured, mixed and kneaded Hamantashen dough. Alison suggested we make blue dough. That was a first!

Tomorrow we will cut dough into 3-inch to 4-inch rounds with a floured glass or cookie cutter. Then we will drop kid-pleasing fillings by the teaspoon in the center of each round. We can't wait to taste those Hamantashen!

  3. I hadn't read about the blue dough, so it was a shock to see it in person today. Hope the kids liked them- they scared me! :)
