She opened up the book and saw a human skeleton and said with confidence, "I know all about skeletons because I have skeleton pajamas. " Isaiah happened to come by and saw a picture of a heart. He then started to explain to Eric, Ruby and I how he knows all about the human heart, "Whenever the heart beeps, some blood comes out from the heart, and it goes all over our body." Then he noticed the skeleton and told me, "Bone makes skin stay up, without bone you would be flat." Not bad conversation for preschool age children! They certainly know a lot about their body!

Part 1... Human Body Discussion
Today Oliver brought in two books from home to share with his teachers and friends. He handed them to me on the playground and ask me to hold them for him until it was time to go inside. Ruby noticed the books and asked me to read them to her.

now I know why Eric asked me what the heart does. I thought it was a pretty random question.
