learning from our friends

Aleeza and Lizzie were very excited to dress some doll stickers this morning. After making several attempts, Lizzie asked, "How do I do this?" Before I could respond, Aleeza said, "Lizzie, you have to do it with your hands." Lizzie thought for a moment and picked up her sheet of stickers and struggled again. Aleeza stopped her work, looked right at Lizzie and said, "Watch me, I will show you what I mean." Aleeza slowly peeled a sticker as Lizzie watched attentively. Seconds later, Lizzie peeled a sticker perfectly all by herself. Both girls were excited and proud of Lizzie's accomplishment. Hooray for helpful friends!

  1. It's amazing how much children can teach each other- and how quickly!
