The fall leaves have filled our playground, coating the mulch with a blanket of yellow. Ben, Jared, Max and Jacob got right to work, raking the leaves. Jacob focused on clearing out a corner near the fence, Jared spotted some leaves up high on a vine, Max scouted them out on all parts of the playground, and Ben raked in a systematic pattern. With purpose and dedication, these focused rakers were hard at work. What an opporunity for young children to make a real contribution to the school community.
