On Election Day, the Unicorns were very lucky to have Hannah Fleckner, a Unicorn graduate and Rachel’s sister reading to us. She read the book "Ten Little Ladybugs" by Melanie Gerth.
Ten Little Ladybugs is beautifully illustrated throughout and each page has a cutout circle and a three-dimensional ladybug that "stays" with the previous page. As you read along the flowing rhymed pages, the ladybugs help to visually reinforce the concept of counting backwards. Hannah did an awesome job reading to us. Thank you Hannah! And thank you Rachel for sharing your sister with us.
