There have been some minor changes made at the TBSCC playground. As a collective effort headed by Haifa All Star teacher Faye, there is now an exploration area on the playground. The area currently consists of three tires, filled with rocks and other things (such as beads, sequins, plastic tops, colored rocks), allowing the students to have some free time digging in the area finding treasures. Students from all of the classes have found this new area to be fascinating, as both a place to hunt for specific things, as well as a place to socialize outside without running around chasing one another. It has also been a great place to watch the mixing of students from different classes. Soon there will be a few more tires with different treasures to find, so stay tuned!

Our Little Investigators...

It seems to have turned the playground into an extension of the classroom. Thanks Faye for the cool idea and for making it happen!
