This is the photo that I posted a few weeks ago, when the Scientists had just planted their parsley...
And just a few weeks later, there are parsley shoots popping out of every cup!! Each day the Scientists have been diligently watching and caring for their parsley, noticing how much each one has grown overnight. Every other day we water our plants so that we don't water them too frequently, and they will be sent home before break so that you can use them during your own family seders!-Alison Simpson
