Celebrating Chanukah

As we sing "In the Window... during morning meeting we invite the children to light the candles in the Menorah. Lily K. helps lead us in song and lights 2 candles for the second night of Chanukah and Rylan leads us in song and helps us 3 candles for Chanukah.
As the children share stories of their experiences with lighting candles at home, we ask if you have any pictures to share for inclusion for their Chanukah book in the classroom, please bring them in to share. We will be writing a book about their experiences and visuals provide them an opportunity to reflect on their experiences and share their thoughts and expand upon their experiences.
