How can we encourage joy and interest in looking at books?Children are drawn to beautifully illustrated books, and can sit for quiet reading and contribute their thoughts about what is happening in the book, thus expanding their imaginations.
In the Unicorn class friends were surprised to see that the the illustrations in this book were no other than themselves! Lily K. tells Rylan, "look, it is you." Looking at books is so much fun!
