Latkes, Latkes, good to eat...

We decided to make latkes for lunch bunch. It required a bit of patience, turn taking, and lots of team work to produce these delicious treats.
They didn't look so appetizing in the bowl. Some friends were hesitant to taste them. After witnessing Rebecca and Jayden declare they were delicious, one friend said he would "try" a little piece, just as he tried the sweet potato at Thanksgiving dinner. He decided it was not a favorite at all, but we we so happy he "sampled" a taste since he worked so hard to make them. Rebecca and Jayden decided they wanted to take some home for their family members.
Such caring siblings ...
