As we sang our song "in the window" Sadie helped us light our the 6th candle on the manorah on this the 6th day of Chanukah!!!Today we reread the book about the magical latkes that were given to the poor family for sharing what the firewood they had gathered to a little old lady who was very very cold and in need of warmth.
We didn't need magical latkes just a lot of hard work to shred those potatoes.!!!
And we sang : "Latkes, Latkes, good to eat, cook me up an Chanukah treat.!!! "
They were delicious!!!
